Race time! Less than 24 hours away we will see the 147th running of the Belmont Stakes! Lets get our gambling caps on! Last year, when California Chrome was racing for his bid for the Triple Crown, 7.8 MILLION DOLLARS was riding on him! Add that to another 83 MILLION DOLLARS which was bet by fans at other tracks simulcasting the race!

The Belmont Stakes is the final leg of the Triple Crown. It's the longest of the 3 races and can make or break a horses legacy! 13 horses have tried and failed to capture the coveted Triple Crown since Affirmed's Victory back in 1978.
