Metaboss is a Street Boss and Spinning Yarns colt who broke his maiden on January 4th of this year. He followed that up with a win in the G3 El Camino Real Derby and looked to be on track for a Run for Roses. Unfortunately, he followed up with a disappointing 6th place finish in the Spiral G3 behind several other promising Derby contenders. It's very possible Metaboss is simply a better turf horse. We'll keep an eye on him in case point totals shift, but Metaboss is not on our radar for the first Saturday in May at this time.
