Keen Ice is a Curlin sired colt trained by Dale 'Pass Me Another Corndog' Romans. He broke his maiden in his first attempt and has run in graded stakes races since then, including appearances in the G1 Breeders Futurity, the G2 Remsen, the G2 Holy Bull, and the G2 Risen Star.
He never finished higher than 3rd in any of those races and his most recent start, a 4th place finish in the G2 Louisiana Derby, likely has him off the Derby trail at this point.
