Revolutionary is a War Pass and Runup The Colors colt. It took him 4 attempts before he broke his maiden, but he followed that with a win in the Withers (G3) and a win in the Louisiana Derby (G2). He's another Todd Pletcher trained horse who has as good a chance as any in the field at taking home the roses.
Calvin Borel will be aboard for the ride on the first Saturday in May. If he gets an inside post position, he'll be tough to beat. On Sunday he recorded his first workout at Churchill Downs covering four furlongs in :48.80.
Revolutionary is very high on our shortlist. Post position will have an impact here so we'll be eagerly watching the draw.
