Jacks or Better Farm's Fort Loudon ended a couple of losing streaks when prevailing by a half-length in Saturday's Grade 3, $150,000 Gulfstream Park Sprint Championship.
An audacious Graydar took it to his more accomplished foes and carried on Feb. 9 at Gulfstream Park, winning the $500,000 Donn Handicap (gr. I) wire-to-wire for Twin Creeks Racing Stable.
Channel Lady made every call a winning won as she cruised to victory in wire-to-wire fashion in the $150,000 Suwannee River Stakes for older fillies and mares at Gulfstream Park Feb. 9.
Saturday's Grade 1, $300,000 Gulfstream Park Turf Handicap was billed as a clash of titans, and so it proved when Phipps Stables' homebred Point of Entry engaged 2011 Kentucky Derby-winning champion Animal Kingdom in a rousing stretch duel.
