Morton Fink's homebred Wise Dan drew post 2 and was installed as the 9-5 favorite Oct. 29 for the $2 milion Breeders' Cup Mile to be run at Santa Anita Park Nov. 2.
Breeders' Cup Classic favorite Game On Dude, defending Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic winner Royal Delta, 2011 Kentucky Derby hero Animal Kingdom and grass course stars Wise Dan and Point of Entry lead the marquee among the 171 horses.

Nine G1 winners headline the Breeders' Cup Classic field which drew on Monday afternoon at Santa Anita Park.
The Breeders' Cup Ladies' Classic didn't draw the largest field, but it attracted eight fillies and mares that could put on quite a show in the $2 million event Nov. 2 at Santa Anita Park.

A flight carrying a contingent of Breeders' Cup horses from New York to California was rescheduled to 1 a.m. EDT Oct. 29 and was able to take off as Hurricane Sandy approached the Northeast, Breeders' Cup officials said.
