Breeders' Cup Classic Challenge Live On ESPN
Trainer Bob Baffert hopes to move a step closer to winning his first Breeders' Cup Classic when he sends out grade I winners Coil and Game On Dude in the Grade 1, $250,000 Goodwood Stakes Oct. 1 at Santa Anita.
After getting most of the summer off, late-running sensation Blind Luck will return to action in the Grade 1, $250,0000 Lady's Secret Stakes Oct. 1 at Santa Anita.
Uncle Mo will face older horses for the first time and tangle with the red-hot Jackson Bend in the Grade 2, $200,000 Kelso Handicap, one of six graded stakes at Belmont Park Oct. 1.
Cape Blanco and Teaks North, both two-time Grade 1 winners on turf this year, headline a star-studded six-horse field for the Grade 1 Joe Hirsch Turf Classic Invitational that is part of the Oct. 1 stakes extravaganza at Belmont Park.
It drew only six, but the lucrative Grade 2 Cotillion Stakes from Parx Racing lured three of the top-ranked sophomore fillies in the nation -- each of them Grade 1 winners.

Blind Luck, in her final prep for the Grade 1 Lady's Secret Stakes on Saturday, worked a sharp half-mile in 47.60 seconds on Tuesday morning at Hollywood Park under her regular exercise rider, Marco Ramirez.
WinStar Farm is offering a complimentary breeding season to Tiznow for any filly or mare that wins the 2011 Breeders' Cup Classic on November 5 at Churchill Downs.
